Campaign Not Showing on Your Storefront
Work through these in order:- Is the widget/app embed enabled? Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize > App Embeds and confirm Zestify is toggled on for your active theme. See How to Enable the Widget.
- Is the campaign activated? A campaign in draft status never appears on your storefront — click Activate campaign on the campaign’s detail page.
- Is at least one page selected? On the campaign’s Game tab, confirm at least one page is checked under Pages.
- Did you switch themes recently? The app embed toggle is stored per theme — if you published a new theme, you’ll need to enable it again on that theme.
Campaign Showing on the Wrong Pages (or Every Page)
Check the Pages section on the campaign’s Game tab. If All pages is checked, the campaign shows everywhere — uncheck it and select only the specific pages you want instead.”Pages Already Used by Another Active Campaign Are Locked”
Only one active campaign can claim a given page at a time. To free up a page, either deactivate the other campaign or uncheck that page from it, then select it on the campaign you’re configuring. Can’t Activate a Campaign
Activation requires:- At least one page selected on the Game tab
- Prize probabilities on the Rewards tab adding up to 100%
Emails Not Being Captured
- Check the campaign’s Ask for email setting on the General tab — if it’s set to Don’t ask (game only), visitors play without ever being asked for an email, so nothing will show up in Contacts.
- Confirm the widget is actually live on your storefront (see the first section above).
Game Is Paused / Visitors Can’t Play
This usually means you’ve used up your plan’s included game plays for the current billing cycle. Check Plan & Usage on your Home dashboard — on the Free plan, the game pauses until your usage resets or you upgrade. On paid plans, extra plays are billed instead of pausing — see Usage-Based Billing.A Reward Doesn’t Appear in the “Select Reward” Dropdown
The dropdown only lists rewards from your reward library. If a reward is missing, confirm it was actually saved (via Add reward) and that its Status is enabled. No Data on the Analytics Page
- Confirm you have the right date range selected — the Free plan only supports Last 7 days; longer windows require a paid plan. See Analytics by Plan.
- If a campaign is new or not yet activated, it won’t have any views, plays, or emails yet.
