Free Plan

The Free plan includes a set number of included plays per month (100, shown on your Home dashboard under Plan & Usage). Every time a visitor plays one of your campaigns, it counts against your included plays for the current billing cycle. Your usage resets on a monthly cycle — the exact reset date for your store is shown on the Home dashboard (for example, “0 / 100 included plays · resets 10 Sept”).
If you use up your included plays before your cycle resets, your game pauses until the next cycle begins, or until you upgrade.

Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrading to Starter, Growth, Pro, or Plus gets you more included monthly plays, more campaigns at once, and a longer analytics window — see Plans Overview for the full breakdown. Each paid plan includes a 7-day free trial.

How to Upgrade

You can start an upgrade from a few places in the app:
  • Click View plans on the “You’re on the Free plan” banner on your Home dashboard
  • Click Upgrade plan under Plan & Usage on your Home dashboard
  • Go to the Pricing section in the left sidebar
All billing is processed through Shopify — charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, not on a separate payment processor.
Keep an eye on the usage bar under Plan & Usage on your Home dashboard — it shows how much of your included plays you’ve used for the current cycle at a glance.
